The Therapy Club is a small, person-centred practice offering face to face, telephone and video counselling, where you can talk openly, at your own pace. Sessions are led by what matters most to you, and through therapy, we can begin to explore whatever challenges you may be facing… together. Some of the areas you may wish to talk about can include but are not limited to the following:

- Identity / gender / sexuality
- Your feelings, emotions or thoughts
- Employment / Career
- Your behaviour
- Past and present life events
